Ahmadinejad continues his threats....

He can't go a day without threatening Israel.
The president of Iran again lashed out at Israel on Friday and said it was "heading toward annihilation," just days after Tehran raised fears about its nuclear activities by saying it successfully enriched uranium for the first time.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called Israel a "permanent threat" to the Middle East that will "soon" be liberated. He also appeared to again question whether the Holocaust really happened.

"Like it or not, the Zionist regime is heading toward annihilation," Ahmadinejad said at the opening of a conference in support of the Palestinians. "The Zionist regime is a rotten, dried tree that will be eliminated by one storm."

How come there isn't worldwide condemnation of this guy's idiotic statements?

One of my friends in China told me that Chinese support for Iran was based on Iran not making stupid comments... does this qualify?

Since Ahmadinejad's "idiotic" statements are directed towards Israel, it appears that China, the EU, Russia, and North American leftists simply don't care. I used to think that Ron Rosenbaum, Philip Roth, and others were insane for even mentioning the possibility of a second Shoah, but now I'm starting to take the idea seriously.

Just watch: Israel, the pariah state, will be left to take out this loser and his nuclear capabilities. The rest of the world will vent their righteous indignation while secretly breathing a sigh of relief. The last 40 years have demonstrated that Israel can weather as much scorn as outsiders can heap upon it. What it cannot--and, hopefully, will not--weather is an atomic attack.
